As the name suggests, my name is Tolu 😊
A bit about me – I’m a 20 something full time finance professional and part time traveller.
I’ve been travelling for as long as I can remember, my parents didn’t really get the chance to go on holidays when they were kids and wanted me and my siblings to experience other cultures and see the beautiful places this world has to offer so family holidays have always been and still are a regular occurrence. It’s something I’m really grateful and thankful for as not everyone had this privilege growing up.
When I finished university and started working and making some mula I was able to travel more with friends and I also decided to venture out on my first solo trip to Vienna in July 2018 which was an amazing experience for me!
I’d created a travel insta in May 2018 as I really wanted an outlet to show my love and passion for all things travel but I felt that simply posting pictures with witty captions wasn’t enough for me..Creating a blog was something I always had at the back of my mind but writing has never been a hobby of mine! Fast forward to October 2018 and I had randomly started writing about my holiday experiences when I was bored and eventually decided that a blog was definitely needed.
So once again, welcome to my page! I hope that this inspires or motivates you to travel more or even visit places you wouldn’t have thought of and you find my posts of some help when planning a trip or thinking of where to go.
Turning part time travelling into a full time thing would be the ultimate dream but let’s see where this takes me..
